DESCRIPTION

The M3786/4-5876 is a multi-deck rotary switch qualified to military specification MIL-DTL-3786/4, Style SR04. Constructed with diallyl phthalate molded parts for exceptional performance, it is available in versions qualified for operating temperature ranges of -65°C to 85°C or -65°C to 125°C. The switch is tested to make and break loads such as 250 mA at 28 Vdc resistive and 75 mA at 115 Vac resistive for an electrical life of 25,000 cycles. It features a mechanical life expectancy of 100,000 cycles and wiping contacts with over 150 grams of contact force. Due to its compliance with military standards for shock, vibration, thermal shock, and moisture resistance, this switch is ideal for demanding military, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring high reliability.
