DESCRIPTION

The 1554CGASKET is a replacement gasket designed for use with Hammond's 1554C and 1554D series of watertight enclosures. This one-piece gasket is fabricated from high-temperature, U.L. listed silicone to ensure durability and reliable sealing. It is specifically designed to fit the two-piece 'tongue & groove' construction of the enclosure lid, providing protection against the ingress of oil, dust, and water. Proper installation is critical for maintaining the enclosure's NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, and IP68 ratings in demanding environments.
