The 1554K2GY is a polycarbonate electrical enclosure manufactured by Hammond Canada with a RAL-7035 gray finish, designed for general-purpose and industrial control applications. It features external dimensions of 160 mm × 90 mm × 77 mm (6.30" × 3.54" × 3.03") with internal usable space of 152.13 mm × 82.13 mm × 84.50 mm (5.99" × 3.23" × 3.33"), providing ample room for component mounting and wiring. The enclosure is UL 508 approved with UL94-5VA flammability rating at 3 mm thickness, includes four M4 stainless steel inserts and M3 brass inserts for secure fastening, and comes as a complete assembly with box, lid, four cover screws, and a preformed silicone gasket. The recommended cover screw torque is 2.5 lbf-in (30 cN-m), and the enclosure accepts #6 self-tapping screws for optional steel inner panels.
