DESCRIPTION

The 1594BBK is a rugged electronic instrument enclosure from the Heavy Duty ABS 1594 Series, designed for mounting printed circuit boards with a countersunk lid secured by M3 machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings. The enclosure features a thick-wall design with an average wall thickness of 0.12" (3.1 mm) and is molded from flame-retardant ABS plastic carrying a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. It is designed to meet IP54 protection standards and features lap joint construction with a matte textured finish available in black or grey. The 1594BBK has external dimensions of 3.2" × 2.2" (81 mm × 56 mm) with an assembled height of 1.6" (40 mm), making it suitable for compact electronic applications requiring durability and environmental protection.
