DESCRIPTION

The 229C40 is a 24 VA power transformer from the 229 series, designed for low-profile PCB mounting. It features a universal dual primary of 115/230V at 50/60 Hz and provides flexible secondary outputs of 40V C.T. at 600mA in a series configuration or 20V at 1.2A in parallel. The dual split-bobbin and semi-toroidal design ensures low primary-to-secondary coupling and low EMF radiation without an electrostatic shield. Built with Class B insulation rated for 130°C and a high insulation Hipot of 1,750V RMS, this c UL US recognized transformer is ideal for compact electronic applications requiring reliable power conversion.
