DESCRIPTION
The M80-5000642 is a 6-contact, double-row male rectangular connector from the M80 Datamate series, designed for board-to-board, cable-to-board, and cable-to-cable interconnections. It features PC tail terminations with gold on the contact area and 100% tin on the tails, ensuring a low initial contact resistance of 20mΩ maximum and a durability of 500 mating cycles. This connector is rated for a working voltage of 800V DC/AC peak and a current of up to 3.0A per contact at 25°C. With an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and high resistance to shock and vibration, it is intended for use as a low-voltage connector in high-packing-density electronic systems requiring robust performance.
