DESCRIPTION

The M80-8980405 is a 4-contact, double-row female crimp connector from the M80 Datamate series, designed for reliable cable-to-board or cable-to-cable connections in high-density electronic equipment. It features a 2mm pitch, replaceable gold-plated crimp contacts, and a fully shrouded, polarized housing to prevent mismating. This low-frequency signal connector is rated for a current of up to 3.0A per contact at 25°C, has a working voltage of 800V DC/AC Peak, and an initial contact resistance of 20mΩ maximum. Engineered for durability, it withstands up to 500 mating cycles and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Its robust design and resistance to shock and vibration make it ideal for demanding industrial and high-performance electronic systems.
