The 156-00537 is a two-piece cable tie with an integrated edge clip, specifically designed to route bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet without requiring a mounting hole. This assembly features an 8.0-inch long, inside-serrated cable tie with a minimum tensile strength of 50 lbs, capable of accommodating bundle diameters from 5.0 mm to 50.0 mm. The edge clip is designed for panels with a thickness between 3.0 mm and 6.0 mm and provides high pull-off strength thanks to an integrated metal clamp. Constructed from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6, the two-piece design allows the mount to slide along the strap, ensuring proper orientation during installation. This solution is ideal for applications where drilling is not practical, simplifying cable management and reducing installation strain.
