DESCRIPTION
The 156-00539 is a two-piece cable tie assembly featuring an integrated edge clip for routing bundles where no mounting hole is available. This assembly includes an 8.0-inch long, inside-serrated cable tie with a minimum tensile strength of 50 lbs, capable of securing bundles from 4.0 mm to 45.0 mm in diameter. The integrated clip, which contains a metal clamp for high extraction force, attaches to panels with a thickness between 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm. Constructed from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6 (PA66HS/PA66HIRHS), it operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +105°C. This design simplifies installation, making it ideal for securing cables and wires to the edges of metal or plastic sheets in various assembly environments.
