DESCRIPTION

The 156-02228 is a two-piece cable tie assembly designed to route bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet without needing a mounting hole. This assembly features an 8.0-inch long, inside-serrated cable tie with a 50 lb minimum tensile strength and accommodates bundle diameters up to 1.77 inches. The integrated edge clip, which contains a metal clamp for high extraction force, fits panel thicknesses from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm. Made from a heat and UV-stabilized Polyamide 6.6 blend, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The two-piece design allows the mount to slide along the strap for proper orientation, making it ideal for assembly environments where secure routing without drilling is required.
