DESCRIPTION

The 12CX2AE is a momentary, weather-sealed, and explosion-proof switch from the MICRO SWITCH™ CX Series, designed for use in hazardous atmospheres. It is constructed with a short, epoxy-coated aluminum housing and contains two BA-type SPDT basic switches. The switch has an electrical rating of 20 A at 120/240/480 Vac and is also rated for DC loads of 0.5 A at 125 Vdc. This model is certified for ATEX/IEC Ex/INMETRO standards, ensuring its suitability for global hazardous location applications. Its rugged, sealed design makes it ideal for outdoor industrial environments such as oil refineries, chemical plants, and seaside loading docks.
