DESCRIPTION

The 16CX1C is a weather-sealed, explosion-proof limit switch from the MICRO SWITCH™ CX series, featuring a side rotary actuator. It provides a 1NC 1NO SPDT snap-action, maintained circuit rated for 1 A at 120 Vac. The switch is built with a short aluminum housing measuring 104 mm and includes a 0.75 in - 14NPT conduit termination. Designed for reliability in extreme conditions, it has a hermetically sealed switch element, supports low-temperature construction, and operates from -40 °C to 85 °C. Its robust construction and certifications for Class I and Class II hazardous locations make it suitable for demanding industrial control applications where safety and durability are paramount.
