DESCRIPTION

Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed. These highly sensitive switches are often used in various applications, including valves, manually operated devices, HVAC systems, medical and dental equipment, test instruments, office equipment, timing devices, semi-trailer trucks, and irrigation systems.

BZ-R31 Snap Action Switch from Honeywell is a standard basic micro switch. With an elongated mounting hole, this Honeywell Switch enables more accurate and easier mounting. It has an operating temperature range between -55 °C to 85 °C [-67 °F to 185 °F], and delivers reliable performance even in harsh environments. This Micro Switch ensures long mechanical life that is up to 20,000,000 cycles at a 95% survival rate.
