DESCRIPTION

The LSXA4L-1A is a standard side rotary hazardous area limit switch from the MICRO SWITCH™ LSX Series, designed for reliable operation in adverse and explosive environments. It features DPDT (2NO/2NC) double-break circuitry with silver contacts and a momentary, spring-return action for both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. Key operating characteristics include a maximum pretravel of 15°, a maximum differential travel of 7°, and a minimum overtravel of 60°. With its rugged, explosion-proof housing and an operating temperature range of -1 °C to 121 °C, this switch is suitable for applications such as control valve monitoring, on-shore drilling equipment, and systems in petrochemical plants.
