SS413A
HoneywellThe SS413A is a bipolar Hall-effect digital position sensor IC designed to respond to alternating north and south magnetic poles. ...
DESCRIPTION
The SS413A is a bipolar Hall-effect digital position sensor IC that operates via a magnetic field from a permanent magnet or electromagnet. It functions over a wide supply voltage range of 3.8 Vdc to 30 Vdc and provides a digital, open-collector sinking output capable of 20 mA. Key magnetic characteristics at 25°C include a maximum operate point of 60 Gauss and a minimum release point of -60 Gauss. The sensor is temperature-compensated for stable operation from -40°C to 150°C, making it ideal for applications like brushless DC motor commutation, speed sensing, and robotics control.
Product Highlights:
- Digital current sinking output
- Quad-Hall design virtually eliminates mechanical stress effects
