DESCRIPTION
SS495A1 Hall Effect Sensor from Honeywell is miniature in size and consumes minimal power. It comes with thin-film resistors and laser built-in, which are trimmed for precise sensitivity and temperature compensation. This Honeywell SS495A1 sensor can be used for a variety of applications such as rotary encoder, ferrous metal detector, vibration sensing, liquid level sensing, weight sensing, current sensing, motor control, position sensing and magnetic code reading.
A clearer signal is ensured by the rail-to-rail operation in this Honeywell sensor for higher accuracy and it also makes the sensor respond to positive or negative gauss. Hall Effect sensors are triggered by a magnetic field and operate as analog transducers and return a voltage directly. These sensors vary their output voltage in response to a magnetic field.
