SS561AT
HoneywellHoneywell Hall-effect Digital Position Sensor ICs: SS500 Series, Latching Hall-effect sensor IC, High sensitivity, SOT-89B surface mount package, Available in 1000 units per tape and reel ...
DESCRIPTION
SS561AT Hall Effect Sensor from Honeywell has digital current sinking output and built-in reverse polarity protection. This Honeywell Hall Effect sensor has built-in regulator which provides stable operation of over 4.5 Vdc to 24 Vdc supply voltage range. It consumes less power and delivers high efficiency.
Hall effect sensors are triggered by a magnetic field and operate as analog transducers and return a voltage directly. These sensors vary their output voltage in response to a magnetic field. This Honeywell Sensor is used in a variety of applications like speed and RPM sensor, brushless DC motor commutation, motor and fan control, magnetic encoding, tachometer and counter pickup, disc speed, tape rotation sensing and flow-rate sensing.
Product Highlights:
- High speed Operates from 0 kHz to over 100 kHz
- Broad temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C [-40 °F to 257 °F]
- Built-in reverse polarity protection
- Miniature construction: SOT-89B plastic package, on tape and reel for automated assembly
- Power consumption of only 5 mA max at 4.5 Vdc for energy efficiency
- Digital current sinking output
- Bipolar magnetics for ring magnet applications
