DESCRIPTION

The HBL400MR is a 400 A male plug connector designed for single-pole high-current power distribution in industrial and commercial applications. This red-colored plug is engineered to handle amperage ratings up to 400 A and is compatible with Type SC/PPC wire configurations, supporting cable sizes from #4 AWG (140 A ampacity) through 4/0 AWG (405 A ampacity) per NEC Table 400.5(B) at 90 °C. The plug features dimensional specifications of 6.74" length, 1.47" width, 1.48" depth, and 4.78" connector depth, making it suitable for permanent and temporary power connections in heavy-duty electrical systems. Common applications include temporary power distribution, construction site power feeds, and industrial equipment connections requiring robust, high-amperage connectors.
