DESCRIPTION

The HS1L-DT44KMSR-R is a solenoid-operated interlock switch designed for securing large and heavy doors with a locking strength of 3000N minimum. It features six contacts in a compact 35 × 104 × 129 mm housing with independent main circuit (1NC/1NO, 2NC configuration) and monitor circuits for door and lock status monitoring. The device operates at 24V DC with a solenoid current consumption of 200 mA (32% less than the HS1E model), pickup voltage of 85% rated voltage maximum, and dropout voltage of 10% rated voltage maximum, with continuous duty cycle capability. It includes an integrated LED indicator (green or red selectable), manual unlock key for emergency access, and IP67 degree of protection with Class II electric shock protection. The switch is rated for -20°C to +55°C operating temperature, achieves 1,000,000 mechanical operations minimum and 100,000 electrical operations at AC-15 3A/250V, and is suitable for industrial automation applications requiring reliable door interlocking and safety monitoring.
