DESCRIPTION

The HW1B-V4F01-R-EMO-2 is a non-illuminated emergency stop pushbutton designed for industrial control applications requiring reliable emergency shutdown capability. It features a 40mm mushroom head with a red button, plastic bezel, and a pushlock turn reset mechanism that complies with EN60947-5-5 and SEMI S2 standards. The device incorporates 1NC (one normally closed) contact configuration with finger-safe spring-up contacts offering IP20 protection, tamperproof construction to prevent accidental state changes, and a mechanically keyed safety locking lever for correct installation. The panel mounting accommodates 0.8 to 6 mm thickness with M3.5 terminal screws, and the unit measures 50.2 mm in depth for single or dual contact blocks. This E-stop is ideal for machinery safety systems, emergency shutdown stations, and industrial control panels where compliance with international safety standards and reliable emergency stopping are critical requirements.
