DESCRIPTION
The HW1Z-P1F2PQ4R is a ø22mm illuminated buzzer combining audible alarm and visual alert in a single compact unit, designed for elevators, production sites, and semi-outdoor environments. It operates at 12 to 24V DC (voltage range 10.8 to 26.4V DC) with rated currents of 8 mA at 12V DC and 18 mA at 24V DC, and features an inrush current of 100 mA maximum. The buzzer produces intermittent sound at 2,200 to 2,450 Hz with a sound pressure of 90 dB minimum at 0.1 m (24V DC) and 70 dB minimum at 1 m (24V DC equivalent), cycling at approximately 105 cycles/minute (1.75 Hz). The red illumination flashes synchronously at the same 105 cycles/minute rate, and the unit achieves IP65 waterproof protection on the panel front (upgradeable to IP54 on terminals with optional rubber boot). It is rated for -20 to +50°C operation, withstands 1000V AC dielectric strength, and complies with EN81-20/50 elevator safety standards, making it ideal for alerting workers in hazardous environments such as automatic storage systems, production lines, and AGV operations.
