DESCRIPTION

020418-0002 is a D-Subminiature locking hardware accessory designed for securing D-Sub connectors. This steel hardware kit features a yellow chromate over cadmium finish and includes 1 nut, 3 washers, 1 lock washer, and 1 hex nut. The screw shank length measures 7.92 mm (0.312 in) ±0.38 mm (0.015 in), with a #4-40 UNC-2A/2B thread configuration. Suitable for both commercial and military/high reliability applications, this locking hardware supports front panel mounting of tab shell connectors with a maximum panel thickness of 1.52 mm (0.060 in). Two kits are recommended per connector for proper installation.
