DESCRIPTION

The 096516-0174 is an MDM series microminiature connector used in applications requiring a highly reliable, small, and lightweight interconnect. It features a rugged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy shell with an electroless nickel finish (A174 mod code) that provides EMI/RFI shielding and prevents cracking. This connector employs size 24 contacts on .050-inch centers and incorporates a silicone elastomer interfacial seal for moisture and humidity protection. The insulator is made from Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), and the connector is designed to meet demands for high-performance, rugged, and moisture-sealed environmental applications.
