DESCRIPTION
115245-0005 is a circular connector plug with 90° termination designed for military and aerospace applications conforming to MIL-DTL 26482 Series I and Mil Battery standards. The connector features a shell size 12 with 10 size 20 crimp contacts arranged in a 12-10 configuration, utilizing copper alloy contacts with gold plating for reliable electrical performance. The aluminium alloy shell is finished with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating, and the grommet seal endbell with polychloroprene insulator material provides IP67 protection (0.2 bar pressure over 48 hrs). Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a contact rating of 7.5 A at AWG20, the connector supports 500 minimum mating cycles and withstands 200 m/s² vibration at 10 to 2000 Hz. This connector is ideal for harsh military, aerospace, and industrial environments requiring robust, sealed electrical connections with high reliability and environmental protection.
