DESCRIPTION

The 121073-2477-D is a Standard D-Subminiature connector featuring 25 contacts in size 20 configuration with pin gender and turned copper alloy contacts finished with gold flash (Performance Class 3). This connector supports wire gauges from AWG 20-28 and delivers a current rating of 7.5 A at 85°C or 5 A at 105°C, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1200 VAC at sea level. The connector utilizes a steel shell with tin finish and a thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0) in black, mounted via a closed plastic bracket with 0.120" (3.05 mm) through holes for right-angled solder termination. With 50 mating cycles and a contact resistance of 10 milli Ohm maximum, this connector is well-suited for industrial instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and general-purpose signal transmission in environments ranging from -55°C to +125°C.
