DESCRIPTION

DB51212-1 is a one-piece plastic backshell designed for D Subminiature 25-position connectors with straight cable exit configuration. The backshell is constructed from black thermoplastic material rated UL 94V-2 and features steel hardware with yellow chromate finish over cadmium or zinc. Key dimensions include an overall length (A) of 53.16 mm (2.093 inches), width (B) of 31.75 mm (1.250 inches), and cable entry depth (C) of 47.04 mm (1.852 inches), with a standard cable entry diameter (D) of 12.70 mm (0.500 inches). The kit includes one shell, one cable clamp, and one set screw, with mounting hardware consisting of two #4-24 x 5/16 inch self-tapping screws.
