DESCRIPTION

The DCMP-37S-J-A197 is a high-reliability D-Sub connector from the D*M series, designed for robust I/O applications. This socket connector features 37 size 20 copper alloy contacts with a gold flash finish, supporting a current rating of up to 7.5 A and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level. The connector is built with a steel shell finished in pure tin over nickel and a black thermoplastic insulator, ensuring durability across a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is designed for right-angle solder termination and accommodates wire gauges from AWG 20 to 28. Equipped with a 90° metal bracket and 4-40 fasteners for secure mounting, and rated for 200 mating cycles, this connector is ideal for various industrial and data processing applications where dependable performance is essential.
