DESCRIPTION

143-1826-000 is a PV series miniature cylindrical bayonet coupling connector designed to meet MIL-C-26482 Series 2 and MIL-C-83723 Series I specifications for space-age and aerospace applications. The connector features multiple shell sizes ranging from 8 to 24, with operating temperatures from -55°C to +200°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme environments. It is intermatable with MIL-C-26482 Series I connectors and incorporates nonremovable contacts in conductive nickel-finished shells. The PV series is part of the Universal Interconnect System (UIS) and has been extensively used on major aerospace programs including Space Shuttle, Apollo, Skylab, and Viking missions. Common applications include general-purpose interconnection in aerospace, defense, and high-reliability systems requiring miniature cylindrical connectors with bayonet coupling.
