KPSE00F14-19S is a wall-mounting circular receptacle connector featuring a socket gender configuration with 19 size-20 crimp contacts arranged in a 14-19 contact pattern, compliant with MIL-DTL 26482 Series I and Mil Battery standards. The connector is constructed with an aluminum alloy shell finished in olive drab chromate over cadmium plating, and incorporates a grommet seal with strain relief endbell for environmental protection. Contacts are copper alloy with gold plating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, while the polychloroprene insulator and grommet material ensure durability in harsh conditions. The connector operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, supports 500 minimum mating cycles, and achieves IP67 ingress protection per DIN 40 050 at 0.2 bar pressure over 48 hours. With a contact rating of 7.5 A per AWG20 contact, insulator resistance of approximately 5000 MO, and test voltage of 1500 Vrms, this connector is ideal for military, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring reliable, sealed circular connections in demanding environments.
