DESCRIPTION

M83513/04-F03C is a receptacle connector featuring a metal shell with microminiature crimp-type contacts and 0.050" contact spacing, designed to meet MIL-DTL-83513 military specifications. The connector utilizes a Micro Twist Pin Contact System with free-standing micro sockets in the receptacle, supporting contact arrangements from 9 to 100 positions with wire sizes AWG 24 through AWG 32. It is rated for 3A current per contact and provides 500 mating cycles of durability, with copper alloy contacts that are gold-plated for enhanced reliability. The connector operates across multiple temperature ranges: standard MDM from -55°C to +150°C, high-temperature F222 variant from -55°C to +200°C, and ultra-high-temperature F300 variant from -55°C to +230°C. This connector is widely used in aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical applications where reliable harsh-environment interconnect solutions are critical.
