DESCRIPTION

MDM-100SCBRPL39 is a 100-contact Micro-D PCB connector featuring socket (receptacle) contacts and right angle narrow profile (CBR) termination designed for high-density interconnect applications. The connector utilizes a standard MDM metal shell with Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material and includes jackposts (P) for secure mounting with #4-40 UNC-2B threads. It features an extended termination tail length of 0.250 inches (6.35 mm) per the L39 modification code, with key dimensions including A Max of 2.170 inches (55.12 mm), B of 1.800 inches (45.72 mm), and C Max of 1.508 inches (38.10 mm). The connector is rated for dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum, and supports 500 mating cycles. Common applications include flex circuitry, flat cable, printed circuit boards, and multi-layer boards in board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable configurations.
