DESCRIPTION

096522-0838 is a hardware component for ITT Cannon's MDM Micro-D metal shell connector series featuring .050" (1.27mm) contact spacing. The MDM series connectors utilize aluminum shells for greater strength and EMI/RFI shielding, with silicone elastomer compression interfacial seals for moisture and humidity protection. These connectors employ size 24 MICROPIN/MICROSOCKET contacts and are available in shell sizes accommodating 9 to 100 contacts. The hardware is designed for applications requiring highly reliable, extremely small, and lightweight connectors with high-density contact configurations in demanding environmental conditions.
