DESCRIPTION

MDM-51PCBRP-A172 is a 51-contact Micro-D PCB connector plug designed for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit boards. It features a right angle (CBR) termination configuration with jackpost mounting hardware and a gold over nickel shell finish (A172). The connector uses a standard MDM metal shell with Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material and provides 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing for high-density interconnections. Key dimensions include A Max of 1.435" (36.45 mm), B of 1.215" (30.86 mm) ±0.005", and standard termination tail length of 0.109" (2.77 mm) ±0.015". This connector is ideal for board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications requiring high reliability and compact form factor.
