DESCRIPTION

The MDM-51PL1B is a microminiature connector from the MDM series, designed for high-reliability applications where size and weight are critical. It features 51 pin contacts arranged on a .050" pitch within a durable aluminum shell that provides EMI/RFI shielding. The insulator is made from Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), and a silicone elastomer interfacial seal provides moisture and humidity protection. This specific model is configured with 1/2" long, solid, uninsulated #25 AWG gold-plated copper wire terminations and comes without hardware, featuring standard .091" mounting holes. These rugged connectors are ideal for demanding environmental and high-performance systems.
