DESCRIPTION

The MS3106R12S-3S is a straight plug circular connector from the Cannon MIL-DTL 5015 Series I, housed in a size 12S shell. It is equipped with two size 16S solder cup socket contacts that feature hard silver plating. Key electrical specifications include a contact current rating of 22 A, a contact resistance of 6 mΩ, and a test voltage of 1600 Vrms. The connector is constructed with an aluminum alloy shell with an olive drab chromate coating and a shortened, lightweight endbell. Designed for robust performance, it offers IP65 protection, 500 hours of salt spray resistance, and a minimum of 500 mating cycles, operating reliably in an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
