The NLDFT-2-W-L-S120-M40A is a PowerLock line drain connector designed for high-current power distribution applications. It features a single-pole configuration with a female contact rated for 400 A continuous current at operating voltages up to 1000 VAC/1000 VDC per DIN EN 61984, with a test voltage rating of 4500 V AC and short-circuit rating of 16 kA for 1 s (34 kA peak). The connector employs a bayonet locking mechanism with secondary locking pin, brass silver-plated contacts, and PBT high-temperature thermoplastic housing, achieving IP67 ingress protection when mated and IP2X finger-touch protection. It supports 500 mating cycles, operates across -30°C to +125°C, and includes a set-screw contact type suitable for 120 mm² copper cable conductors with optional reduction sleeves for smaller cables. This connector is ideal for industrial power systems, renewable energy installations, and heavy-duty electrical distribution where reliable high-current connections and safety are paramount.
