DESCRIPTION

The NLS-2-BK-C107-M40S is a POWERLOCK series, black, line source circular connector intended for Phase 2 power systems. It is engineered to handle a maximum current of 660 A and an operating voltage of 1000Vac. The connector features a 107 mm crimp contact and an M40S cable gland designed for cable outer diameters ranging from 15 to 23 mm. Constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic with a UL94-V0 flammability rating, it ensures durability across an operating temperature range of -30°C to +125°C. With a bayonet mating method rated for 500 cycles and IP67 ingress protection when mated, it provides a secure and reliable connection for demanding power distribution applications.
