DESCRIPTION

142-1000-004 is a 50 ohm hermetic feedthrough connector designed for microwave and high-frequency applications. The connector features a Kovar outer ring and pin with gold plating (0.00005 inches minimum) over nickel plating (0.000005 inches minimum), and a Corning 7070 glass insulator for hermetic sealing. It operates across a frequency range of DC to 26.5 GHz with a maximum working voltage of 250 VRMS at sea level and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VRMS. The device maintains an insulation resistance of 5000 megohm minimum and hermeticity of 1×10?6 cc/sec at one atmosphere, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +165°C. This connector is ideal for aerospace, military, and telecommunications applications requiring reliable high-frequency signal transmission with hermetic environmental protection.
