DESCRIPTION

The CSMN9MF-10 is a deluxe molded D-Subminiature cable assembly designed for serial connections, extending a total length of 10.0 feet (3.05 meters). It features a male 9-pin (DB9M) connector on one end and a female 9-contact (DB9F) connector on the other, both equipped with gold-plated contacts for reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. The cable is constructed with 9 conductors, a 360° foil shield to protect against EMI/RFI interference, and is encased in a durable, light gray PVC jacket with molded strain reliefs. This straight-through wired cable is ideal for extending RS-232 serial connections between computers and peripheral devices, offering a secure link with its 4-40 thumbscrews and screwlocks.
