DESCRIPTION

The SDH is a 4-40 hex standoff manufactured from brass with nickel plating, designed for secure PCB-to-chassis mounting in electronic assemblies. The standoff features a 4-40 UNC-2B threaded hole with a nominal dimension A of 0.232 inches (±0.007 tolerance) and a through-hole diameter of 0.188 inches (±0.007). The component includes 2× 0.020 inch ± 0.006 × 45° chamfered edges for smooth assembly and is RoHS compliant. This standoff is commonly used in telecommunications, computing, and industrial equipment to provide precise spacing and electrical isolation between circuit boards and mounting surfaces.
