DESCRIPTION

The 8225SD9AV2BE is a snap-acting momentary pushbutton switch from the 8020 Series featuring DPDT (double-pole double-throw) contact configuration with vertical right-angle PC thru-hole termination at 0.150" pitch. This switch delivers positive tactile feedback and is designed for reliable operation with contact ratings of 1 AMP at 120 V AC or 28 V DC, with an electrical life of 60,000 make-and-break cycles at full load. The switch incorporates an epoxy terminal seal compatible with bottom wash cleaning and features low contact resistance below 50 mO typical at 2-4 V DC with 100 mA. Typical applications include instrumentation, computer peripherals, and telecommunications equipment where dependable switching performance and compact form factor are essential.
