DESCRIPTION

The DS2D6CQ2 is a double pole double throw (DPDT) interlock pushbutton switch designed for reliable snap-action operation in industrial and consumer applications. It features snap-in mounting, a snap-action mechanism, and can be configured for either latch or momentary operation with a short button actuator style. The switch is constructed with PA 66/6 halogen-free housing (UL94V-0), copper alloy terminals with silver plating, and silver alloy contacts with gold plating, ensuring durability and low contact resistance of 30 milliohms. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a dielectric strength of 1500 V and insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum, this switch is ideal for interlock, detection, and circuit interrupt applications where reliable switching performance is required.
