DESCRIPTION
ENCOS24D2S65R is an optical encoder from the ENC Series featuring two-channel, 2-bit quadrature (incremental type) output with an integrated pushbutton switch. The rotary encoder operates at DC 5 ± 0.25V with a maximum current of 30mA, providing logic high output greater than 3V DC and logic low less than 1V DC. It features a rotational torque of 265 gf-cm initially, pushbutton actuation force of 600 ± 20% gf, and mechanical life of 300K cycles for both rotary and pushbutton functions. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C and supports panel mounting with screw thread (3/8-32 UNEF 2B) and right angle connector termination. Typical applications include automotive interior control, industrial equipment, test and instrumentation, and medical equipment.
