DESCRIPTION

KSC201JLFS is a sealed tactile switch from the KSC2 series designed for surface mount applications with J-bend terminals and lead-free compatible silver plating. It features an IP67 sealing rating, a compact 6.2 x 6.2 mm footprint, and a 3.5 mm high soft actuator for a positive tactile feel. The switch operates with a 1.6 N (±0.6 N) operating force and offers an impressive 5,000,000 operations lifespan. Electrical characteristics include a contact resistance of =100 mO, dielectric strength of =250 Vrms, and bounce time of =1 ms. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and compatibility with lead-free reflow soldering processes, this switch is ideal for industrial electronics, consumer products, transportation, and medical applications.
