DESCRIPTION

KSC461JST2LFS is a sealed tactile switch from the KSC4 series designed for surface mount applications. It features an IP67 sealing rating, a 6.2 x 6.2 mm footprint, and a 5.2 mm high soft actuator with a low click (ST2) tactile feel. The switch has an operating force of 6.25 ± 1.75 N, travel of 0.5 ± 0.2 mm, and an operating life of 300,000 cycles. It utilizes silver contact material with J-bend lead-free compatible silver-plated terminals (LFS) and a momentary action SPST normally open contact arrangement. This switch is well-suited for industrial electronics, consumer products, and transportation applications where durability against vibration and shock is required.
