DESCRIPTION

ZMCJF7L0R is a subminiature snap-acting switch from the ZM Series, featuring a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) momentary contact configuration with a leaf actuator (L0 option). The switch delivers reliable snap-acting mechanism with an operating force of 150 grams (CJ option) and supports electrical ratings of 3 A at 125 V AC, 3 A at 30 V DC, and 0.1 A at 48 V DC per UL 1054 and UL 61058-1 standards. It is constructed with silver alloy movable and fixed contacts, a BeCu movable blade, SUS spring, and brass terminals with silver plating, all housed in a compact nylon 6/6 case. The switch operates reliably over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C with an electrical life of 10,000 cycles at 3 A, making it ideal for PCB detection, communication devices, testing equipment, and consumer electronics applications where space is limited and long-term reliability is required.
