DESCRIPTION

The 0154004.DR is a 4A fast-acting OMNI-BLOK® fuse and holder assembly designed for surface mount installation on printed circuit boards. This RoHS-compliant combination unit integrates a Nano2® miniature fuse rated at 4A with a heat-resistant fuseholder capable of 260°C reflow processing, enabling single-step PCB assembly without exposing the board to repeated solder heat during fuse replacement. The fuseholder is constructed to UL94 V-0 standards and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with the assembly supplied in tape and reel packaging (1500 pieces per reel) for automated production environments. This design eliminates the need for board rework when replacing fuses, making it ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and other applications requiring reliable overcurrent protection with minimal thermal stress to surrounding components.
