DESCRIPTION
The 0157010.DR is a 157 Series Standard Nano Fuse and Clip Assembly, a small square surface mount fuse assembled in surface mountable fuse clips designed for very fast acting circuit protection. This product is rated at 10 A with a maximum voltage rating of 125 V and an interrupting rating of 35 A at 125 VAC or 50 A at 125 VDC, featuring a nominal cold resistance of 0.0058 Ohms and a nominal melting point of 26.46 A·sec. The fuse body is constructed from ceramic with silver-plated brass caps and matte tin plated clips, and it operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with proper derating. It is fully compatible with RoHS/Pb-Free solder alloys and higher temperature profiles, easily replaceable on the PCB, and complies with MIL-STD-202 standards for solderability, humidity, thermal shock, vibration, and salt spray resistance. Common applications include instrumentation, base stations, and telecommunications systems where reliable overcurrent protection and field replaceability are essential.
