DESCRIPTION

The LPCB102 is a flush black pushbutton actuator with spring return mechanism designed for the Platinum Ø22mm series control stations. It features highly conductive contacts with double breaking action, direct opening operation, and self-cleaning capability, ensuring reliable performance in severe ambient conditions. The actuator is constructed from polyamide material and operates with an actuation force of less than 0.5 kg (1.1 lb), delivering a mechanical life of 5,000,000 cycles. It provides protection ratings of IP66, IP67, and IP69K per IEC/EN standards, and Type 1, 2, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, and 12K per UL/CSA standards, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The device is installed through a Ø22 mm drilling with a threaded fixing ring (Tmax = 2.3 Nm) and supports up to 9 front-mount contact elements or 3 base-mount contacts, making it suitable for industrial control, signaling, and automation applications requiring robust, sealed pushbutton operation.
