DESCRIPTION

The PK-12N40PQ is a piezoelectric buzzer designed to produce audible alarm signals in electronic devices and control systems. It operates across a voltage range of 3 to 15 VDC with a rated voltage of 12 VDC, consuming a maximum of 5 mA at rated voltage and generating a minimum sound pressure level of 83 dB at 10 cm. The device resonates at 4100 ± 500 Hz with a constant tone output, making it suitable for clear, consistent audible notifications. It features an ABS plastic housing (UL94HB rated, black color) with tin-plated brass leads, operates reliably from -20 °C to +90 °C, and weighs only 0.8 grams.
